Inspire Your Allies and Confound Enemies with Deft Movement
Bards of the College of Choreography tell stories and perform music without making a sound, choosing to instead move with Fey-like grace and magic to evade harm and inspire others. These dances originate from the Festerwood, whose radiant spores and light made for miraculous performances and deadly hazards. These Bards can be found anywhere from the local tavern to the highest levels of theater, moving crowds to tears as quickly as rebellion. At every turn, they inspire others to be brave, move, and join in.
Level 3: Fast Movement
Your Speed increases by 10 feet. It increases by another 5 feet when you reach Bard levels 6 (total increase of 15 feet) and 14 (total increase of 20 feet).
Level 3: Inspirational Dance
You learn how to use the universal language of dance. As a Bonus Action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to dance and reinvigorate another creature of your choice who can see you.
When you do, roll your Bardic Inspiration die; that creature gains a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to the number rolled plus your Charisma modifier (minimum of 2 Temporary Hit Points). When a creature gains Temporary Hit Points in this way, it can immediately take a Reaction to move up to its Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks or take the Dodge action.
Level 6: Entrancing Movement
Your movements become so graceful that even the most cold-hearted enemies are filled with remorse for having stopped your dance. Whenever a creature hits you with an Opportunity Attack or hits you with an attack roll while you’re benefiting from the Dodge action, that creature takes Psychic damage equal to your Charisma modifier plus half your Bard level (round down).
In addition, you always have the Charm Person spell prepared, and you can cast it without a Verbal component. With this feature, you can cast it without expending a spell slot; when you do, it is cast as a level 3 spell, and the targets don’t make their saving throws with Advantage as a result of you or your allies fighting them. Once you cast the spell with this feature, you can’t do so in this way again until you finish a Long Rest.
Level 14: Endless Dance
Your dance has become so invigorating that it can inspire an ally to attack. When a creature would gain Temporary Hit Points from your Inspirational Dance feature, it can instead choose to take a Reaction to make one attack using a weapon or an Unarmed Strike.
In addition, your endless dancing allows you to more easily avoid being hit. You can take the Dodge action as a Bonus Action, and whenever you take a Bonus Action to expend a Bardic Inspiration die, you can take the Dodge action as part of that Bonus Action.
